A CS by degree and an entrepreneur by heart; he is a workaholic skilled in his area of expertise with a great experiences bettering him with every passing day.
With a knack of business, he is well-versed in paralegals and taxation matters; having worked with a leading law firm PAN India capturing the essence every thread weaving this domain.
Having worked as an accounting associate and an audit trainee at a big 4, Jai is proficient in providing specialized technology-led Virtual Accounting Services and Book-keeping Outsourcing services to businesses and individuals in UAE, Australia and India alongside leading audits for the respective clientele in adherence to the stipulated laws, rules and regulations.
On the personal grounds, his avocations are to deeply engage in the practicing of financial astrology and studying and being pro-active on the crypto markets and holds a strong stance when it comes to it.

Like a pillar to the strongest structures, Durga is pro-efficient in managing public relations and all the administration at the on-site official workings. He is engaged as the admin head at Ashwani & Company (Chartered Accountants) since 2018.

A B.com graduate from the University of Delhi and a CMA Finalist Student currently pursuing master’s from IGNOU, Rohit is engaged as a trainee at Ashwani & Company (Chartered Accountants) with expertise in the costing domain and handling the monthly income tax compliances for the clientele.

Nitin is currently undergoing his B.com degree alongside working in the capacity of a trainee at Ashwani & Company (Chartered Accountants) with hands on experience in company law related matters and regular compliances of the clientele.
Aman Thakur
Aman is a B.com (Hons) Graduate from the LNMU University. A CA Aspirant and currently pursuing Masters from LNMU, he is an Article at Ashwani & Company (Chartered Accountants) since 2022 having sound knowledge in the fields of Accounting , Tax and Legal Compliances. He is also well trained with the auditing and assurance sector and the relevant practices existing in the industry.
Sarthak Shukla
With a sharp mind and quick grasping in the commerce industry, Sarthak is a CA aspirant by profession and also a B.com Graduate from The University of Delhi. He is engaged as a costing trainee at Ashwani & Company (Chartered Accountants) since 2022.
Sahil Islam
Sahil is currently pursuing B.com (Hons) and is serving as an Accounting Associate at Ashwani & Company (Chartered Accountants) since 2021 with fine expertise in Accounting and being well versed in RoC filings for the clientele.
Himansi Sharma
Himansi is a passion driven soul, being a literature lover by heart and a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant by profession. She is a Bcom (Hons.) graduate from the University of Delhi and a CA finalist currently serving as a Tax Associate at Ashwani and Company, with prior experience of serving as a trainee in the Audit & Assurance sector, at Ernst & Young. Proficient in dealing with Income tax matters including handling of litigations and notices, RoC filings, regular clientele compliances and assisting in tax advisories; she works with utmost finesse to deliver the best in her domain.
Ankit Sharma
Ankit is a meticulous individual with competence and sure handedness in Accounting and Indirect Taxes per se and currently working as an Associate at Ashwani & Company with educational background being that of a graduate in Bcom (Hons.) from the University of Delhi. Furthermore, he’s also pursuing Masters from LNMU and is a Chartered Accountancy aspirant.
MOBAROK SHAIKH
Mobarok is currently engaged as an Assistant – Administration and Public Relations; for the on-site
working at official and clientele premises as well. Well versed in his profile, he also extends assistance in
regular income tax and audit compliances of the clients.
